Time

I was walking home, it was late. I dicided to walk throw Central Park to clear my mind in the middle of the natures peace. It was relaxing, but at the same time little bit freaky, only me in the middle of the park. I was like in a film or something, wearing an overcoat and a hat. The wind was quite chilly and I turned my collar up to protect myself from the wind.I was just passing the Obelisk, some of you may know it as the Cleopatra’s needle, when I saw him/her/it, i don’t know who or what it was. I just remember his flashing eyes, what had some kind of evil in it, and it was wearing the exact same clothes as me. It was just standing in the front of the Obelisk. It seemed like it was waiting for something or someone. Every step I made lasted forever, time just froze around me. And this is it, that is the last thing I remember, because next thing I know, I wake up in my aprtment and still have my overcoat on and my hat on my chest.

Job interview don’ts

1.If you enter the room, you shouldn’t hug and kiss the interviewer.

2.If you enter the room, you shouldn’t talk with a mobile phone and ignore the interviewer.

3.If you enter the room, you shouldn’t feel too comfortable (putting legs on the table and things like that).

4.If the interviewer has a strong accent, handle the situation politely, when you don’t understand.

5.The questions you ask should be relevant and not suspicious.

6.Don’t impress the interviewer with your stories.

7.When you leave from the room you shouldn’t come back and say something you forgot or something what just came to your mind.

Gorillaz

Gorillaz is a British virtual band(band whose members are animated characters), created in 1998. The bands actual creators are Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett. The idea of making this band came to them while they were watching MTV. “If you watch MTV for too long, it’s a bit like hell – there’s nothing of substance there. So we got this idea for a cartoon band, something that would be a comment on that,” said Hewlett. There are four animated characters: 2D (lead vocalist, keybord), Murdoc Niccals (bass guitar), Noodle (lead guitar and occasional vocals) and Russel Hobbs (drums and precussions). The music is a collaboration with different artists. Damon Albarn is the only permanent musical contributor. Their music genre variates between hip-hop, electonic, dub, alternative rock. Personally I’d like to compare their music with trip hop.

The band’s first self-titled album, released in 2001,  sold over seven million copies. They even were mentioned in the Guiness Book of Records as the Most Successful Virtual Band. In 2005 their second studio album Demon Days was released, which won a Grammy Award in the Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals category. The third album Plastic Beach was released in 2010.

Poem

All right, I’ve had enough,
this is the last drop in my cup.
I want my mom to understand me at once,
that I have my own duties too, not only her stuff.
I want her to realise,
if I’m doing my homework,
that I’m not paralized,
I can hear all the soundwork.
Also I want her to stop sorting my things,
you can’t imagine what kind of fury it brings.
And last of all I want you all to know,
that this is my life and this is how it goes.

Parliament of Russia

The parliament of russia, termed the Federal Assembly,  is quite young. It was formed in 1993 by the constitution referendum. The parliament has 628 members and consists of two chambers. The first, lower house, is named State Duma and has 450 members and the socond, upper house, is named Federation Council and has 176 members.

The Parliament is permanently functioning exept for a regular break between the spring and fall season.  Also according to the new constitution the two chambers have to meet seperately in sessions open to the public.

The deputies of the State Duma have to work full-time, they are not allowed to serve in local legislatures or hold Government positions at the same time.

In 1994 to 1995 the parliament of Russia approved about 500 pieces of legislation. It was a passage away from the antiquated Soviet-era provisions.

The Federal Assembly is also famous in a negative way. There is a lot of corruption and also fights at the meetings. Here is an exmple:

Home task: Roger Federer

Hello! I’m a proffessional tennis player and many people consider me to be the gratest player of all time. Right now I have a little break from competitions. The first grand slam will be in January so i have some time for my family at the moment.

Usually I don’t attend any parties. More likely I’m at home with my family than partying somewhere with my friends.

Recently I’ve been feeling that some thing are changing in my life. I’ve reached my goal, I’m the best tennis player in the world, I’m married and I have twins. I feel like the time of retirement is coming and I can’t do anything to avoid it, but I’m not afraid of it.

Not a long time ago I was walking down a street in New York and a young girl recognized me. She was so amazed that she even couldn’t open her mouth. Usually when such things happen I try to be friendly and calm. I honour my fans and try to be nice to them.

There is just one more thing to say. I love my job and my life because tennis also my hobby and I enjoy it a lot. Have a great time everybody!

Me, myself and I

I’m a boy who searches adventures and fun. Usually I’m good at that and everything turns out wrong and unusual . For example I was learning to drive a car and ended up in a ditch. But everything turned out great! The BMW was ok and I payed only 300.- . I’m also a big sleepyhead. Here is a picture:
